An Australian Federal Police employee is scheduled to appear in the Penrith Local Court on August 13, 2024) charged with one count of stalking or intimidation with intent to cause fear of physical or mental harm, contrary to section 13 of the Crimes (Domestic and Personal Violence) Act 2007 (NSW) and
one count of unlawful entry on enclosed lands, contrary to section 4 of the Enclosed Lands Protection Act 1901 (NSW).
“The AFP is committed to transparency,” said AFP. “No further comment will be made.”
