U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement arrested Rogelio Venegas Martinez, 40, a citizen of Mexico, on February 17 in Vista, California, on charges related to driving under the influence.
The San Diego County Sheriff’s Office charged Venegas on January 26 with one count of driving under the influence of alcohol and one count of driving under the influence of drugs.
ICE issued a notice to appear following his arrest, and Venegas will remain in ICE custody pending removal proceedings.
