The NOPD is seeking the public’s assistance in locating a subject wanted in connection with a theft by fraud investigation.
An arrest warrant has been issued for Christopher Broom (pictured, White male).
On January 13, 2025 the victim reported that several fraudulent electronic funds transactions were made from the victim’s account to another individual.
Through investigation, Broom was identified as the perpetrator of this fraud. He is charged with one count of identity theft, and one count of fraudulent acquisition of a credit card.
Broom’s last known residential address is in the 700 Block of North Lopez Street.
