Huntington County Man Gage Wagner Who Sexually Abused Minor Over 100 Times Sentenced to 200 Months in Prison

The United States Attorney’s Office for the Middle District of Pennsylvania announced that on February 27, 2025, Gage Wagner, 32, previously of Shade Gap, Pennsylvania, was sentenced to 200 months in prison by United States District Court Judge Jennifer P. Wilson, for producing child pornography.

According to Acting United States Attorney John C. Gurganus, Wagner previously pleaded guilty to producing child pornography.

Wagner engaged in sexual contact with a 15-year-old minor over 100 times and used the minor to create images and videos of child pornography in Mifflin County, Pennsylvania.

The case was investigated by the Pennsylvania State Police and the Federal Bureau of Investigation.  Assistant U.S. Attorney Scott Ford prosecuted the case.

This case was brought as part of Project Safe Childhood, a nationwide initiative launched in May 2006 by the Department of Justice to combat the growing epidemic of child sexual exploitation and abuse. Led by the United States Attorneys’ Offices and the Criminal Division’s Child Exploitation and Section, Project Safe Childhood marshals federal, state, and local resources to locate, apprehend, and prosecute individuals who sexually exploit children, and to identify and rescue victims.
