The National Directorate of Drug Control (DNCD) reported on Monday that the two Nigerians caught last weekend at the International Airport of the Americas, JFPG, when they tried to leave the country for Paris, France, with their stomachs full of cocaine, concluded the process of expelling the substance.

According to the report, after being subjected to the protocol, the two foreigners expelled 107 and 75 bags, all testing positive for controlled substances, for a total of 182 capsules, weighing 3.45 kilograms of cocaine, as determined in its analysis by the National Institute of Forensic Sciences (INACIF).

The Nigerians, used as mules for international drug trafficking, were handed over to the Permanent Attention Jurisdiction of the province of Santo Domingo to be brought to justice in the next few hours for violation of Law 50-88 on drugs and controlled substances.
