The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance in locating a man wanted in a Parental Abduction investigation.
It is alleged that the accused travelled with his three-year-old son Valentino to Delhi, India, in July 2024. The accused and child had a court-ordered return date of August 8, 2024.
The accused has failed to return to Canada. The accused has kept custody of the child in contravention of the court order.
Kapil Sunak, 48, is wanted for abduction by parent/custody order.
Kapil is described as 6’3″, heavy build, with short brown hair and facial hair.
Valentino, 3, is described as 4′,0″, 45lbs, brown hair and brown eyes.
Images of Kapil and Valentino have been released.
