New Orleans Police are asking for the public’s assistance with locating a person of interest sought in connection with an automobile theft.
Sought is Jacob Alonzo (pictured), a Black male.
According to investigators, on January 20, 2025, a 2021 maroon-color Jeep Wrangler was reported stolen from the 1400 block of North Claiborne Avenue.
During the investigation, Jacob Alonzo was developed as a person of interest.
He is currently not wanted but is believed to have information regarding the stolen vehicle.
